Acacia understands the difficulty of reaching out in times of need, especially when an individual’s concern require additional, specialist support. Our 24/7 connect lines provide direct access to our services and a safe point of connection for individuals, by removing the need for disclosing their reason for access.
Individuals can receive support from professionals with lived experiences or those highly experienced in their fields.
Support for people who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, intersex, queer, asexual, and other sexually or gender diverse. Individuals can receive support from EAP Professionals who have self-identified as part of the LGBTIQA+ community or who are highly experienced in supporting members of this community.
Specialised support for individuals affected by Domestic and Family Violence, delivered by clinicians with expertise in DFV. This includes individuals who have been impacted by violence and abuse, as well as individuals who are users of violence and abuse, regardless of the individual's age, gender, sexuality, ethnicity, religion, or relationship status.
Culturally sensitive and informed support from one of Acacia's Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander EAP Professionals. All First Nation individuals can connect with Acacia through the Connect Line for any concern they may be experiencing, including those relating to their culture.
